Our Service currently only accepts orders for properties located in the state of Florida.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
- FINDMYLIEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE FINDMYLIEN SERVICES.
- FINDMYLIEN'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE FINDMYLIEN SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC REPORT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
- This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise)
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FindMyLien from all claims arising from your use of the Service.
